Find your next vibe
Tourbound is a search tool for live music. Type in where you are — or the name of a band or a venue you love — and it shows you what's coming up, with a link to tickets for each show.
The goal is simple: fewer tabs, less scrolling through listings that don't apply to you, and a faster path from “I feel like seeing something” to actually having a ticket.
How it works
- Search where you are. Put a ZIP code or a “City, State” in the Location field and set a radius to see everything happening within range.
- Or search a name. The Artist or venue field takes a band or a room. Combine it with a location to keep results nearby, or leave Location blank to search that name everywhere we list shows (the US, Canada, the UK and Europe).
- Narrow it down. Advanced filters let you limit by date, genre, event type, and how recently a show was announced, or show only the artists you follow — and you can adjust all of it from the results page without starting over.
- Follow the artists you care about. Sign in to keep a list of the acts you never want to miss, and see everything they have coming up in one place. Or browse every artist with an upcoming show.
- Say you're going. RSVP to any show to keep track of your own plans, and follow other people: what they're going to shows up in the feed on your home page.
- Build a tour. Start from a show you're going to and add stops one at a time — Tourbound suggests shows a day or two later that are within your drive limit, does the date-and-distance math, and gives every tour a shareable link.
- Plan the trip. Show pages link out to nearby places to stay, for when the good show isn't the close one.
- Share it. Shows, tours, and profiles all share out to Bluesky, Facebook, or your phone's share sheet, and unfurl with a generated image of the actual lineup and dates.
- Send it to a friend. Send a show or tour straight to someone's Tourbound inbox by username, with a note. Sending a private tour gives them access to view or help edit it.
- Hear about it first. The bell at the top of the page tells you when an artist you follow announces a show, when a show you're going to is cancelled or moved, and when a friend sends you something.
- Bring your bands. Follow anyone, touring or not, or import the artists you follow and play most on Spotify, and hear the moment they announce dates.
- Keep it on your phone. Add Tourbound to your home screen and it opens like an app, no app store needed. Here's how.
Where the listings come from
Show data comes from JamBase, refreshed daily, and ticket links point back to whoever is actually selling them. Tourbound doesn't sell tickets, take a cut, or add fees — it's a way to find shows, not a box office. Listings are only as complete and accurate as the source data, so it's always worth confirming details with the venue before you make plans.
Place names for location search come from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0), with OpenStreetMap for anywhere that list doesn't know.
Signing in
You can search without an account. Signing in (with Google, or with a link we email you) unlocks the extras: following artists and other people, RSVPing to shows, an inbox for notifications and things friends send you, saved preferences, and a profile at your own username that other members can see. We use your account for those features and nothing else, and you can delete it any time from Preferences (we keep a copy for 90 days in case you change your mind, then erase it).
Keeping it free
Tourbound is free and has no ads. Show pages include a link to find hotels near the venue. Today that link earns nothing; if it ever does, it will be at no extra cost to you and it will never change which shows you see. The Affiliate Disclosure has the details, and the Privacy Policy covers what we store about you.
Still growing
Tourbound is actively being built, and a lot of the roadmap comes straight from what people ask for. If something is broken, missing, or just annoying, the Help page has a feedback form that comes directly to us.
